Terms of Service

1. Scope

Restrivo provides software for restaurants to manage direct ordering, loyalty, customer retention, operational workflows, and connected payment or messaging tools.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your restaurant profile, menu, pricing, staff access, and all activity performed through your account.

3. Third-party services

Restrivo may connect to third-party providers such as Razorpay, Meta WhatsApp, Google, and delivery or notification providers. Their availability, fees, and policies are outside Restrivo's direct control.

4. Restaurant data and customer communications

You must only upload or contact customers whose data was collected lawfully and for whom you have a valid operational or marketing basis to communicate.

5. Suspension

Restrivo may suspend access for fraud, illegal activity, policy abuse, non-payment, or behavior that risks the platform or other restaurants.
