1. Data processed

Restrivo processes restaurant profile data, order records, customer contact details, loyalty activity, payment metadata, and message-delivery metadata needed to run the service.

2. What Restrivo does not store

Restrivo does not store raw Razorpay key secrets in the browser, full payment card information, or WhatsApp conversation content beyond what is operationally necessary in the configured flows.

3. Use of customer data

Customer data is used to power ordering, loyalty, notifications, support, analytics, and optional retention automations configured by the restaurant.

4. Data controls

Restaurants are responsible for collecting customer data lawfully and honoring opt-out or deletion requests where applicable.
